How do us OCDer’s get stuck?
As OCDers, we often get stuck in what’s called the OCD Cycle, a predictable, cyclical pattern that we all fall into, no matter what subtype we’re dealing with. This cycle typically starts with an intrusive thought, followed by intense anxiety (or another emotion) and the compulsion to neutralize or eliminate that thought. The problem is, this only reinforces the cycle, trapping us in a loop of fear and compulsive behavior. The good news is that once we recognize this pattern, we can break free.

In our coaching program, we focus on helping clients identify when they’re in the OCD Cycle, giving them the awareness to step out of it. We then provide the tools and techniques needed to disrupt the cycle, allowing them to regain control and move forward in their recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I work with you if I’m already working with a therapist?
The majority of our coaching clients are already working with a therapist, and that’s completely normal and encouraged. Our coaching program is designed to complement the work you’re doing with your therapist by providing additional support and tools specific to OCD recovery. Together, we aim to create a comprehensive support network to help you achieve your recovery goals more effectively.
Do I need a diagnosis?
You don’t need a formal diagnosis of OCD, anxiety, or any other condition to derive value from our coaching program. With that being said, having a diagnosis can be helpful in understanding and addressing specific challenges you may be facing.
What are the typical results?
Our coaching program equips you with evidence-based techniques to reclaim your life from OCD, taught by someone who’s been in your shoes and knows what it’s like to struggle. It’s important to note that the outcome depends on your ability to implement the strategies, mindsets, and tactics discussed in our coaching sessions.
If I sign up for your program and it’s not what I want, can I get a refund?
If our coaching program isn’t the right fit for your needs, you can opt out after the first month. We’ll fully refund months 2 and 3 of your program fees and assist you in finding an OCD recovery expert who better meets your needs.
What is the cost of your program?
The investment for the program will be discussed during our consultation call after you’ve submitted your application. More importantly, our goal during our call is to assess whether we can help you achieve the results you’re looking for. If we don’t think we are the right fit for your needs, we will gladly help refer you to someone who we believe can better assist you in your recovery journey.
What subtypes do you work best with?
We work effectively with clients across all subtypes of OCD. However, if we feel that we may not be the best fit for your specific needs, we are committed to helping you find another specialist who can better address your concerns.
Do you offer financing options for your coaching program?
Yes, we offer financing options for our coaching program. In some cases, we provide 0% interest financing, making it easier to invest in your recovery. Please reach out to discuss your options and find the best plan for you!
How is this program different from therapy I’ve done in the past?
Our approach to OCD recovery is different from working with a traditional therapist in several key ways. While therapists typically manage larger caseloads, limiting their ability to provide personalized, hands-on attention, we take a more focused and tailored approach by working with only 10 clients at a time. This allows us to offer individualized support, ensuring that each client’s needs are fully addressed. In addition to evidence-based techniques like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), we incorporate powerful methods like the “letting go” technique, which helps clients detach from obsessive thoughts and compulsions more effectively. Our program is designed to provide a deeply personalized experience, with ongoing, one-on-one support to guide clients every step of the way on their recovery journey. If you want someone to text in-between sessions, then our program is for you.
Meet our Founder:
Hi. My name is Zach. In 2016, I was unexpectedly flooded with intrusive thoughts, leading to intense anxiety and depression. I felt stuck and overwhelmed. I knew I needed to make a change because my life was becoming unmanageable. I decided to seek help and was diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
While the diagnosis provided clarity, it was initially disheartening to learn that OCD would be something I’d live with for the rest of my life. I knew I couldn’t let it define me, and I wanted to find a way to enjoy my life and not struggle every day. Through Exposure And Response Prevention (ERP), mindset shifts, lifestyle changes, and the Letting Go Technique, I found my path to a peaceful mind and a fulfilling life.
This personal journey is why I created the OCD Coaching Program. I know how isolating, confusing, and overwhelming OCD can feel, and I wanted to develop a program that provides compassionate, hands-on support for those navigating the challenges of recovery.
This program is designed to offer personalized guidance every step of the way. Together, we’ll work to overcome your obstacles, using clinically proven strategies like ERP and the Letting Go Technique, so you can reclaim your life and find lasting peace. If this resonates with you, we’d love to learn more about you and share how we can support you on your journey.
